Consent Form for Collection/Use/Disclosure of Personal Data
The Royal College of Radiologists of Thailand (RCRT) and Radiological Society of Thailand (RST) respects your privacy and assures that it is in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, The Royal College of Radiologists of Thailand (RCRT) and Radiological Society of Thailand (RST) would like to ask for your consent to collect, use or disclose your personal data obtained from you for the following purposes:
The personal data collection will be done for the purpose, scope and by lawful and fair methods as is necessary for provide services which is defined in the scope of The 21st Asian Oceanian Congress of Radiology (AOCR2023) from The Royal College of Radiologists of Thailand (RCRT) and Radiological Society of Thailand (RST)’ s objectives.
Purpose of collecting and usage of personal data; For the purpose of checking information of the conference attendance or to communicate conference information to participants or to collect continuing education credits or for statistical data analysis attendance attention and provide the next year conference. The period of data collection is 6 months since the completion of the conference. After that, such data will be destroyed.
Personal data disclosure; The 21st Asian Oceanian Congress of Radiology (AOCR2023) shall not disclose personal data of the data subject without the consent of the Data Subject and shall disclose it solely for the above-mentioned purpose. The conference may disclose personal data to the other required person and also the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) which is assigned by The 21st Asian Oceanian Congress of Radiology (AOCR2023) from The Royal College of Radiologists of Thailand (RCRT) and Radiological Society of Thailand (RST). The conference will govern the above-mentioned persons and organization to treat the personal data as confidential and not to use the data for purposes which are not covered in prior notifications.
You have the right to withdraw your consent, however, any consent which was obtained earlier shall not be affected. Data subject may request these rights by sending a notice or submitting the Personal Data Protection Officer.
